Caterpillar haul-off

Our caterpillar haul-off units are engineered to ensure smooth, precise, and consistent pulling of extruded products across a wide range of applications. Designed with high-traction belts and synchronized drive systems, they provide stable conveying without deformation, even at high production speeds.

 

These units are suitable for both profile and pipe extrusion: for profile applications, typically two caterpillar tracks are used, while for pipe production, the number of tracks can be increased up to eight depending on the pipe diameter and requirements.

 

Adjustable pressure settings and accurate speed control allow for optimal handling of different materials and product dimensions.
